DKCO writes the Finland chapter of Chambers Corporate & Commercial 2026
Chambers and Partners published Corporate & Commercial 2026, a Chambers Global Practice Guide, on 28 October 2026. DKCO wrote the Finland chapter.
The Global Practice Guides are written for in-house counsel and senior management. Each guide has one chapter per jurisdiction, and all chapters answer the same questions, so a reader can compare Finland directly with, for example, Germany or France.
The Finland chapter sets out the forms of business entity available and how Finnish companies are governed, including the role of the board and the rights of shareholders. Transactions are covered in the sections on mergers and acquisitions and on foreign investment, including the screening of certain acquisitions by foreign investors. The chapter also addresses commercial contracts and regulatory compliance.
The chapter was written by Dan Karlsson, Jorunn Skogberg, Heidi Furu, Nathalie Myrskog, Patricia Finnström, and Sara Huldin. DKCO advises on Finnish business law throughout Finland.
