DKCO continues to advise Silvestica Green Forest Finland Oy and Silvestica 2 Green Forest Finland Oy in negotiations for land lease agreements aimed at renewable energy ventures in Finland. The Finnish Silvestica-companies are subsidiaries of the Swedish forest fund Silvestica Green Forest AB, founded by SEB.

Recently, several negotiations have been successfully concluded, advancing the realization of new wind, solar, and hydrogen power projects. Particularly exciting is a solar and hydrogen hybrid project, which is the first of its kind that Silvestica has signed in Finland. These projects represent future investments in the billions of euros, and we remain committed to strengthening our cooperation in ongoing and future land lease negotiations, driving industrial innovation, and fostering the growth of renewable energy in Finland.
